Reason

Reason version 4.0.0 contains a bug in handling Behringer BCR2000 MIDI controller. See the discussion on http://www.propellerheads.se, search the general forum for posts by "ambientium" with the subject "BCR2000 and Reason 4".

The bug will be fixed in Reason 4.0.1, but for those who need to solve it right now, do the following:

• Download the BCR2000.remotemap (38,8 kB) file
• Shut down Reason
• Put the file in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Propellerhead Software\Remote\Maps\Behringer
• Run Reason and enjoy your BCR2000 :)

Update

I updated Reason to version 4.0.1 and it still contains that bug. The problem is that the rest of your BCR2000 (it means the knobs you didn't assign to some machine) is mapped to ReGroove mixer without possibility to unmap. The only difference between 4.0.1 and 4.0.0 in this aspect is that 4.0.1 overwrites the .remotemap file with the internal settings of Reason (which contain the bug). I'll downgrade back to Reason 4.0.0 because there's no other way to make it working as it should.
